Multiple documentation locations

I see two places for documentation. For example:

http://brightstardb.com/documentation/Connection_Strings.html

And

http://brightstardb.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Connection_Strings/

It seems rather confusing and Google results often return both of these.

Hi again,

Just a really minor thing (but something that might be a problem for new users) I noticed that on this page, "http" is the type used in an example. http://brightstardb.readthedocs.org/en/latest/RDF_Client_API/

But on this page, http is not on the list of "allowed types" http://brightstardb.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Connection_Strings/#connection-strings

I'll delete the docs from the BrightstarDB site - the "official" documentation location is now at brightstardb.readthedocs.org. I'll also fix that error in the docs!

By the way, the version of the docs that is "in sync" with the develop branch is at http://brightstardb.readthedocs.org/en/develop/.
